Admissions
Admissions open in early March and continue on a rolling basis.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
After applications are received, eligible families will be invited to a student academic placement and family interview at Mainstay.
Upon admittance, the family will be provided any additional steps to finalize enrollment. Please be sure to review the student and family handbook prior to submitting your application.

Hybrid Program Admissions Process
Step 1
Review the Mainstay Christian Academy website and handbook for detailed information on how Mainstay is operated.
Step 2
Complete the application.
No fees are required to complete the application!

Any applications filled out will be placed onto our waiting list.
Step 3
Once you have completed the application you will receive a confirmation email from MCA within one business day. After a full review of applications, eligible students will be invited to an academic placement and family interview at Mainstay. Mainstay will contact you to schedule this.
A $50.00 placement meeting fee is due at the start of all academic testing/family interviews. Only one fee is due per family unit.
Step 4
Attend your academic placement test/family interview.
After the meeting families will be notified if the program is found to be a good fit for their student.
Upon admittance, the forms below will need to be completed and a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee per student will be required to hold the spot.

Please note - completion of application process does not guarantee enrollment.
Once classroom limits are met, eligible students may still complete the application but will be put into a waiting pool.
All classes are subject to a minimum number of students enrolled and may be cancelled prior to June 1st if minimums are not met.
In the event of this situation, registration fees will be reimbursed.
